With the first flakes of winter falling on our slopes, it’s time to dig out that stick and pimp your ride with Butta wax – one of the sickest brands to have taken the UK by storm in just a matter of months.
Eco-friendly, born and bred in England, the Butta wax is like no other – and has not only been tried and tested my skiers and riders since the start, but continues to keep some of the UK’s top pro riders slick on the slopes throughout the year.
Butta has developed an eco-wax, a pro wax and even the first dry-slope wax from their Leatherhead HQ, and not only have they spent the summer taking over some of the UK’s top indoor and dry slopes comps, but they’ve been developing a surf wax too.
We caught up with the guys at the Southern Freestyle Jam earlier in the summer, at their Bracknell Ski Centre workshop, and we’ve been riding no other wax since coming across them at the industry snowboard test in May, where they were keeping the latest test boards slick for the ride.
Whether it’s the rad Butta packaging, its incredibly addictive smell, or the fact it really does keep your board fresh, Butta is a brand which has not only engrossed the entire UK snowsports industry already, but we know there’s far more to come from the boys too.
Watch out for the Butta crew waxing boards at events around the country, and hit up their Facebook page for their latest comps. To get your hands on their products and to find out more, visit Butta.co.uk.
